Cancellation Policy

Important Information & Policy This program runs for 13 consecutive weeks. A mandatory pre-orientation Zoom call will be held one week before the program begins, scheduled for up to 2 hours, to set your individual goal and outline how each of the 12 consecutive weeks will work. After purchase, you will receive an email with: Detailed program instructions Required forms to sign Pre-orientation tasks to complete You will also be scheduled for an individual intake call prior to the program start date to gather information, create your client file, and prepare for your journey. Attendance, participation, and feedback are required to receive the full benefits of the program.
