Not every mind processes information the same way. To get the most out of hypnosis, guided relaxation, or subliminals, it helps to understand how your subconscious receives suggestions.

You’ll complete two short assessments (A & B). Once submitted, I personally review your answers, calculate your scores, and email you your specific type along with custom tips and recommendations.

This same system will guide future hypnosis and relaxation programs I’m creating — some will be type‑specific, while others (like my current subliminals) are dual‑focused.

Online hypnosis is just as effective as in-person sessions--often more so, because you're already in a comfortable environment.
